This form will pop up automatically.  Simply enter your contact information, add a few details about your interest in mobility solutions or ask a question if you like.  Although the email field is a required entry, you have a choice to be added to our mailing list or to decline that option as part of this demonstration.  We respect your privacy and we will only send information to those who have requested it.  Then tap Submit. 

The form will be delivered almost instantly either by email, text message, push notification or any combination of these methods that has been selected by the end user.  This feature is designed to let recipients decide which method is the most efficient delivery vehicle for the way they work.

The system also lets you decide exactly which person should receive this message.  By sending it directly to the person responsible for taking action, the system promotes accountability and expedites response and follow-up as part of a workflow.
